A big spoonful of flax/hemp ground blend
A scoop of pea/rice protein powder
A scoop of creatine
A bunch of chopped cauliflower
Enough water to mix.

Dinner.

Alternate Day Fasting

I blog at gaymormonguy.blogspot.com and I find myself wanting to blog about my diet far too often. So I'll start a new one. EatTomorrow is my journey on alternate day feasting. I'm vegan, don't eat sugar, and I eat every other day. Welcome. :)

I read that a major indicator of metabolic change is body temperature. Specifically, a lower core temperature is an indicator of longevity effects. I took my temperature a while ago and it was the normal 98.6 degrees. Today, a full minute gave me a max of 96.8 - almost two degrees lower. I'm getting colder more easily as well, which has to be an indicator that my body is doing something differently. But I'm pretty sure that feeling cold is good for you, so the heater is still low at home and even lower at the store. We'll see if this blog even stays alive. ;)
